1. REFUND POLICY

Because every Team Ribbon is custom-made to order with personalised details unique to each player, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please read this policy before placing your order.

Custom & Personalised Orders

All Team Ribbons products are made to order and personalised with your player's name, team name, and chosen colours. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been placed and production has begun.

We strongly encourage you to double-check all personalisation details (spelling of names, colours, style) before submitting your order, as we make your ribbons exactly as specified.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was ordered, we will gladly offer one of the following:

  • A replacement ribbon made at no additional charge
  • A store credit to use on a future order
  • A full or partial refund, at our discretion

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at liv@teamribbons.com with your order number, a clear photo of the item, and a description of the problem.

Spelling & Personalisation Errors

We reproduce names and text exactly as provided by the customer. Team Ribbons is not responsible for errors in personalisation that were submitted incorrectly by the customer. If you notice an error in your order confirmation, contact us immediately — if production has not yet begun, we may be able to correct it at no charge.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided production has not yet begun. After 24 hours, or once production has commenced, cancellations cannot be accepted.
