Production Time
Because every ribbon is individually handcrafted and personalised, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be made before it is dispatched. Larger orders 10+ may take up to 5-7 business days before dispatch. During peak periods, production times may extend to 10 business days.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post:
- Local delivery to Mt Martha , Mornington and Mt Eliza, VIC: $4.00 — estimated next day delivery
- Standard Shipping: $9.95 flat rate — estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Express Shipping: $14.95 — estimated 1–3 business days after dispatch
Local Pickup — Mornington Peninsula
Local pickup is available from our studio on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, by appointment. Select 'Local Pickup' at checkout and we'll be in touch. No shipping fee applies.
International Shipping
We're based on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria Australia but our ribbons love to travel! We currently ship within Australia, but if you're overseas and keen on an order, send us a message at liv@teamribbons.com.au and we'll put together a quote just for you. 💕
