TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Orders & Custom Products

All products are made to order and personalised according to the details you provide at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that all personalisation details are correct, you are authorised to use the names submitted, and you understand production takes 1–3 business days before dispatch. Larger orders 10+  may take up to 5-7 business days before dispatch.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering.

Consumer Guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
